Detailed conditions for the sale of services

  1. Booking service is in force at the time to pay an advance of at least 40% of the requested services within 7 days from the date of the contract.
  2. Cancellation:
    • 21 days before the service is charged 10% of the value of advances to cover the costs of handling,
    • in other cases, the advance is not returned,
    • 100% of the advance is repaid in the case referred to in point. 3
  3. Height pieces of the payed payment for provided services is being reduced by the value of not-performed services in case of shortening the stay:
    • reasons attributed to the Company,
    • because of illness of the beneficiary which is making it impossible to continue the stay,
    • or the reasons of illness independent of the beneficiary, in it documented the death of the member of the close family and the persons staying under the care beneficiaries.
  4. If you do not use the paid service for reasons other than those mentioned in point.3 - beneficiary bears the full repayment.
  5. Beneficiary is obliged to pay the full payment for the booked services before using them.
  6. In the case of multi-room rent for one person per night fee increases by 50% for each bed in the spare room.
  7. If a person resident multi-room pay a fee only for his bed, the Company has the right to sell the remaining free space.
  8. For each additional person is not using the additional accommodation (more than the number of beds in the room), collected a surcharge of 50% of the price of the hotel.
